Thank you for visiting our website about proposals to redevelop Kilmuir House on Ebury Street in Belgravia.

Native Land is bringing forward a vision for a residential development which has the potential to restore the historic urban block at the junction between Ebury Street, South Eaton Place and South Eaton Terrace.

Our Proposals

Our initial proposals for the future of the site are to:

  • Demolish the existing buildings which are tired, currently in residential use and date from the late 1950s

  • Introduce a replacement high-quality residential-led development, restoring the building line of Eaton Terrace and South Eaton Place which was lost due to bomb damage

We are thankful for the feedback we have received to date and are keen to understand the views of our neighbours and the local community on our updated ideas for the future of the site.

Following a first exhibition of the initial proposals for the site, we are held a second exhibition of the updated proposals for site, on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th October.

The updated exhibition materials are available to download below.
